Well, we (fly and waterfreak) found the problem to the engine overheating, I had the water reducer between the head pipe and the pisser tee instead of between the the stinger and the pisser tee.:banghead:

After that was done and a few other modifications, we headed to the beach for another water test.

AND IT WORKED!:Banane01:

Note to self:

#1 Make sure steering is completely hitting the stop both ways when installing a new steering cable.:banghead:

#2 new skis slide up beached further than old waterlogged skis.:bigeyes:

An awsome job rickster. the ski looks 100 times better than brand new. I bought an 06 new and just getting to carbon fiber the whole inside, thanks for the pics, they help.:arms: :arms: :arms:
