so suddenly no one cares about weight or cost?

to make an aluminium hull strong enough to take the forces freestylers/freerides apply there would be alot of bracing going on, and it wont be light

first time its lawn darted there would be a huge price to repair unless you just wana bash the metal back out and then have basically an old banger

imo an aluminium stand up hull isnt practical for these reasons

I wouldnt even consider it unless youre running a lot of rocks like our crew.
But for rocks, yeah its great except that when you hit rocks with glass, you continue to glide over. Aluminum digs in and you got from 15-20 mph to stop pretty fast
