so awhile back I got a free kawayuky 440 no motor, and started playing with my paint sprayer .
well I just sold my 73 vw bus and got cash plus a motor that I am told was out of a 440 and the guy said he is going to miami to pick up the hull and some other parts from storage and I can have them also oh and free icecream (he ownes a icecream shop). he said the motor runs but I will find out. not nice but its a start.

Sounds like a cool ride,just spend enough to make it a good reliable ski,,then save up for something better down the road,not knockin the 440 at all,fun ride,just sayin dont throw alot of money at it. Other then that,,lets see some pics when your done. I am currently and slowly redoin a 550 so my friends that say"can I ride your jetski?" I can say sure its over there,this is a superjet mofo!! I just dont want them trashin my new ski,,its for me to do

thanks for the replies guys.when I say not nice I mean its in ruff shape buy the motor looks good. I will post some pics this weekend all i painted was the hood and the color i mixed turned out a little on the "sally side" powder blue. looks like a babies nursery so I will have to try again.
