If you are coming for just a day, just pay the gate few at the front gate. I think the ramp fee is 5 bucks.....

Just a thought....what about entry fee of $20 a team for Beer Pong Tourney? Winning team takes half the pot, and the other have goes to the donation fund.

I did think about that, but however I would rather have a lot of teams sign up, than just three or four playing for cash.

I thought the trophies would make for a good photo at the end of the tournament, and they were cheap enough so I just got them! Playing just just a simple set of rules as well so it doesn't get out of hand calling out rules here and there.

I have played some tournaments with young guys at fraternity retreats and the weird rules can get pretty ridiculous.
