Are all brands of handle pole springs identical, and do they make a big diff from the stock spring, hoping it would help with back fatige

I run the UMI springs on my SN. i also try to store my ski with the pole up so that it isn't compressing the spring. A fresh spring will cause the pole to be finger light. you can also try tightening your pivot bolt so that the clamp holds the pole in place wherever you put it. a lot of riders go this route.

Blowsion, My pole is stripped and an 09, but it sits at half mast all the time.

X2 on the blowsion spring. One of the best things you can do. Easy install and worth it's weight in gold.

You can just head up and modify a stock spring too. Thats what I did and it holds up my HEAVY rrp pole no problem. Save yourself $40 plus ship.
