Wow someone pulled all the decals and left the pads..
When you pull them off be sure to epoxy the holes from the rivets. I've been meanging to post pics of my FX1 turf job. Feel free to bug me if you want to see.

No you dont need foot holds to sub. The trick for me was to stand a bit more forward in the tray (about the middle). I'm sure that depends a lot on your height though.

BTW I see an actual hull ID tag on that. Put some rivets through that (if they aren't there already) or pry it out and store it someplace safe.

I would definately like to see your turf job. I am going to do mine in the winter, or when I have a problem, which hopefully won't happen for along time. How in the hell did you see the ID tag! You have good eyes. What did you do for the big handel bar pad?

That might be it.....I have gotten them, but there no where near as consistant as I would like,

I ll try shoes next time, THANKS

Turf that b!tch up!!! Tray, rails and pole pad. I striped my pole pad to the plastic base, glues HT underpad to it, then turfed it. Lightens the pole quite a bit to. Get extra turf to cover the ends of the gunwales as well, not part of the HT kit. Here's a pic. I'll have to post a pic of the pole pad later, I guess I don't have one.
Shotening the pole is a highly recomended mod. mine is -2 with the blowsion turn plate -1 and Blowsion lowered bracket -2. really changed the handeling of the ski. If it is totally stock, the impellor should be the first thing to go.
Congrats, and Good luck!

Wow,

Your ski looks great!

I think I will try and Turf the ski in a couple weeks,

I don't know how top secrete this is, but do you have templates left over?

How hard is it too keep that white clean?

Anyone think that white on white would look cool?

How did you go about shortening the pole? I have never worked with glass before.

I also found some small cracks that I want to post some pictures of,

They don't look too serious, but I do want to fix them.
