ADA head install problem, head bolt w/ pics

I ran into a problem when installing my new ADA girdled head... I cranked on the head bolts i used for my RIVA head (i don't know if they are riva bolts or the stock bolts?) to 18ft.Lb's and their was still a gap between the bottom of the hex bolt and the washer. this was only on 2-3 of the bolts it just has me worried. Do i need a thicker washer. the spacing between the bottom of the bolt's head and the top of the washer is about the thickness of a head gasket, which i used when i ran my riva head. However the ada head is not supposed to have a gasket??

I'll update this post when i get measurements of the bolt, i just haven't unpacked from the move home from school yet, and the calipers are burred somewhere deep...

the riva bolts are longer than the stockers.

there was a post about this b4

if they are the stock bolts the washers don't come off.

what size and pitch?

2-10mm x 110mm bolts
or
4-10mm x 130mm bolts

Order these from Mcmaster with the corresponding stainless washers. You can also get the washers locally at Lowes or Home Depot.
