Super Jet ADA Head Cooling

Okay, I have a 08 superjet with single cooling, factory limited pipe, ada head, msd enhancer. I just installed the head the other day and im thinking about how im running the cooling. I tried a few different ways..

Single line coming out from the rear, front runs a tad hotter
Single line coming out from the front, rear runs a tad hotter

So then I tee'd the 2 coming together then to the top of the head pipe to try and get even cooling.

Is this okay or is it going to disrupt flow somewhere?

I also saw some people going from the head to the bottom of the headpipe instead of the top. Why is that?

If you have single cooling:

The IN from the pump should go to the manifold, then T the two outlets from the head together and send that to the bottom of the headpipe.
The top of the headpipe should go to the stinger. You need to put a T in this line and tie it in to the pisser.

Do you have a flow control valve?

No, i dont have a flow control valve. I have it set up exactly as you described except I have the t from the head to the top of the head pipe and then the bottom of the head pipe out

I always assumed it was better to fill a liquid from the bottom to purge the air out. I have seen it done that way though.

Yea im trying to blow it. I really want to buy a stroker from x scream. WSM pistons are crap and in theory they should've fractured to small pieces hours ago! They havent died yet and im close to 20 hours on my hourmeter.

tap it for 2 lines give it half a chance.

That's not a bad idea, so I should tap my pump for dual cooling so maybe I can cold seize this damn thing???

sorry i forgot how much you know.i just started working on these 2stroke things.

I'm sure you know plenty about 2 stroke engines. Im no expert, but im also no chooch when it comes to anything mechanical. Hell, I fix cars all day more complex than any 2-stroke engine.

You may have had bad experiences with Mike's engines, :):):):) if I knew beforehand I may have just ordered all quality parts and did it from the get go. In defense of his engine, he uses WSM pistons which alot of other people say I will be OK running a mild limited set up. I really don't care if this engine will last. It's just getting real old hearing that this engine will blow, seize or be absolutely obliterated. You have told me this multiple times.. On multiple threads where you have nothing to add but criticism.

Oh, and I wasn't being completely sarcastic before. I will get a x scream engine if this one blows.

now here is some usable info. best way to run the cooling lines with an ada head with only one line in. use both lines out of the head one goes to the head pipe one goes to a bypass over the side. it really doesnt matter weather you go top or bottom of the head pipe. the line coming out of the headpipe (top or bottom whatever you use)should run to the stinger of the pipe in that line should be a t with another line over the side.you should have flow control valve in the line going to the stinger. i also run a re-stricter in the fitting sticking out of the stinger.
there is some usefull info. sorry about the wsm piston ranting on ya. long day yesterday lot of drinking . no more drunkn posting form me.

It's alright man. I think I am going to go with the 2 outlets idea, I seen a few people running them. I was just real curious if i'd be OK with a T to the head pipe bc I was told it wasnt a good idea. Thanks

Should I be running a restrictor in the one line coming from the head to directly overboard?

That's how my setup is on my blaster, but dual cooling going to the manifold, no flow control tho I should probly do that

ADA heads have no gasket to even out and direct the flow of water so the two outlets need to be connected together.
