What size ADA domes should I use for 95oct on a SXR 800 @ 5000ft? It is a flatwater engine.

ADA has suggested 22cc

That will put you close to 195 on the guage.

28cc with stock base gasket will put you at 180 psi for 5,000 ft.

28cc put me at 180 even at sea level. I would go 22. Ada's numbers are so far off. Stock I was at 165, then I put in 32s, and it dropped me to 150.

The guy I talked to here said sxr #'s are kind of all over the place. But there are 2 sxr's both running the same 28cc domes and stock base gaskets and are at 180 psi on a snap on compression tester from a pretty anal builder. Both motors have fresh top ends too.
