You can get them to go well once you address the transfer port horizontal angle and direction as well as the heights. There is a major stuff up with the boost port direction and that has to be fixed as well. Once these are done they will go well however they will never be a lamey

The introductory price is very good but don't let it fool you. You still have to get your cases bored to accomodate the sleeves (~$200), you'll need to port the cases so the stroker can breath properly ($300-$400), you'll need to get the cylinder ported ($300-$400), you need a stroker crank ($1000-$1500), and seadoo piston kits ($450). I might be missing something but I think that's it. So basically to get this thing assembled yourself, you're looking at roughly $4k-$5k for a non power valve stroker motor. You'd get a 908cc or a 945cc with a 5mil and 8 mil stroker but remember with any stroker, you have high maintenance.

I think Art at Jetworks has built a few of these ADA topend motors & everyone that has them loves them.... But its a lot of porting like Wax said, more than $400-500 to port a ADA cylinder correctly. & your never going to have that same hit/power of the Dasa cylinder... And how can you beat the Dasa price, Billet PV top end kit (Cylinder, Pistons, PV's, CNC ported decent) for $2800

As for the higher Maintenance with stroker motors its all about the setup, been running strokers motors for a long time & lots of fuel... I've seen more of the BB stock stroke motors have crank & rod bearing failures then any of our stroker motors...

Loving my Thrust built Dasa setup!
