Super Jet Access to bottom port of headpipe without removal?

Newbie here, have an '04 SJ with a B pipe. Recently was out riding and it started taking on water...After looking it over I found out the cooling line coming out of the bottom of the headpipe had a crack in it and was leaking water. Hopefully there is no engine damage....Anyways, it is a pain to see/get to the bottom, can the cooling line be clamped/un clamped without removing the pipe, I really dont want to deal with removing it....Thanks.

Yes you can remove it. It can be tricky depending on the orientation of the hose clamp, but it is doable without removing the pipe.

Just take the three bolts out, loosen the clamp on the head pipe side, and remove the head pipe.
Put some windex on the coupler for reinstallation and push the chamber onto the head pipe as you push it back on. Don't tighten the clamp until all three bolts are back in.

Where is best place place to buy a new gasket?

There are at least two sellers in the for sale section who could furnish that gasket. However if the gasket did not tear apart you could reuse it. In any case, it's advisable to put a thread sealer like (blue) loctite on the threads of the 3 cap screws- keeps them from corroding to the aluminum threads of the manifold. (dissimilar metals)
