? about the Makai in Daytona

Guys, everybody needs to support the hotel that is allowing us to be there...... Please insure that all their rooms are booked before you start looking for alternatives. Without the Makai, there is no Daytona Freeride. (unless Nick can find another location)

I just emailed to see what availiblity... But you can deal with my wife when she is doing her hair at the makai 2 years ago and the ceiling fell in on her... Ya.. Barbie Mc Beat my ass ! mfg:....

I will see whats up.. I stayed there 3 out of 5 times..

You guys got me wrong, I don't mind staying at a ratty establishment, god knows I have stayed at a hole or two over the years. I just wanted to hear your opinions, you know, guys like me. I was just wondering if it was as bad as the reviews I was reading , I guess it is. During my racing days I was always worried about my skis getting stolen while at some the places I stayed while traveling to and from races. I never a had problem. Then while staying at the Ramada Resort in Ft. Walton, a place with security where I felt safe, my trailer and both skis got jacked. Go figure. Anyway , I'll be making a reservation at the Makai. Can't wait:Banane35:
