ok please dont hate on me for being too much of a newb...im coming from motorcycle stunting and i want to get into freestyle in the water

ok say im looking at possibly a $3000 dollar 1999 yamaha superjet that includes cover, aftermarket air cleaners, ride plate, intake, bilge, umi steering, straight bars, s.s. prop, and hes the original owner

OR

2003 Kawi 800 SXR...used for 2 seasons, winterized every year, with a trailer and lots of upgrades but doesnt say

which one is more worth the money...i need something that can take a beating and i can have fun on it

i know about the superjets are better for freestyle but exactly how much better...paying almost the same price for a 99 superjet with no trailer rather than an 03 sxr with a trailer?

I think that you can get a SJ for cheaper than $3,000.00, or newer. A superjet feels MUCH lighter and is easier to throw around.

this time of year? idk.

the superjet is a much better platform for freestyle/freeride. if you wanna "stand out" and "express yourself" you can try to build a sxr to be competetive with an sj as a freestyle boat, but you better have lots of cash. in the end, as others find out, your much better off with the sj

shop around, MI has lots of standups
and gasoline powered toys are being dumped cheap:rolleyes:

PS: oem much better tham a/m aircleaners for freestyle. keeps the water out
