I am getting water to the headpipe/chamber nipple, but not through/to the overheat sensor, motor was running warmer then i like (still able to touch) after 3 min ride around canal) I didnt see water out the pisser so i stopped right away. I think i might have cleared something with a hanger out of the tube from headpipe/chamber to sensor, but could there be a block in the sensor? Can I use compressed air to clear it without damaging anything?

Could this be a sign of anything else? Compression is perfect BTW.

Need Friday night help for Sat AM riding.

Have you tried disconnecting the lines and making sure that there's not somthing blocking them. You could also try bypassing the overheat sensor. I disconnect mine on my old ski.

I have determined that the blockage is the overheat sensor itself. Is it ok to spray WD40 and compressed air through it? Will that damage the sensor itself?

compression is now 140 front, 130-135 back, which is about what it was when i picked it up. Headgasket? ANything else to look for with HG off?
