Well I decided its time to re-do my ski so over the past few weekends Myself, Pancaker, and Powder Started sanding away. Thisweekend she will be painted. She is also getting a new heart (Thanks Paul & Chick) and some other goodies!

It has already been defoamed, reinforced, refoamed when I first go it 4 years ago. I checked the weight and it is 120lbs so that is about right for 4lb foam and reinforcing so I am not breaking it open again!

Mine's 120lbs with full reinforcing, and fresh, never been in the water, 3lb foam. Something to think about.

What color you going with? I should be up around your way soon, so paul can foam my ski. Just finished scupper and tray reinforcment. was thinking about painting this yr ,but thats to much. Prolly just gonna reinforce and put foot holds in Amys ski.

The ski is gona be white but I am going to do some vinyl graphics. Also teh foam used was closed cell so it will not hold water. Also was yours reinforced in the back also?

that works on paper but doesnt necessarily always hold true. closed cell foam will eventually become waterlogged if exposed/submersed long enough.
