Blaster 94 blaster NEED ADVICE please...

Looked at a blaster last night and it wouldn't turn over. Hooked up jumpers and hit start button and nothing... pulled fuse in box and was destroyed. Tried to jump fuse and still nothing. Hull is in great shape, motor looks clean. Pulled plugs and as far as I can see looks good. Has the 701 which I want to set in my SN. Should I take the risk??? Let me know what yall think.
 
he is asking 900.00 with a trailer. I don't need trailer so he said he would knock off 150.00. I offered him 500.00 and he didn't like that. This morning I offered him 600.00... Where is Michigan are you located. Use to live in Port Huron a while back...
 
I have never opened an ebox yet. Noob to that, but I can do it. Also do you just grab the shaft above intake grate? do I need to Arnold that bia???? He countered 650.00 so this ski is actually for my girl and we are splitting the cost.
 
Thanks for all the help. I talked to my mechanic that I bought my SN from and he said buy it and if you don't want it I will buy it from you. I think I will take my chances and jump off the cliff...:wiggle:

Spin the motor over right behind the engine where the drive shafts couple together. You should be able to grab it with both hands and spin it over (take out the spark plugs first)
 
Update....... Went to check it out again Saturday morning and turned the coupler so motor was free spinning. Got it home and replaced the fuse in ebox and hooked up jumper cables. She cranked right up. Thanks again for all the insight
 
Update.... after getting it started the exhaust bolt holes were stripped out. I pulled the head and bought new exhaust bracket, head, bolts from jetmaniac. replaced the fuel lines also. looked it over really good and it has ocean pro ride plate, pro-tec intake grade and a s/s propeller. all she needs is a new battery and its good to go. any suggestions on batteries? I put the battery that's in my superjet on the waveblaster and it barely turned the blaster over... do I need more cold cranking amps???
 
Didn't check that. I hooked it up straight to my car battery and she turns over fast and started right up. I'm at about 125 psi with New (Used head), not sure that has anything to do with it.
