650/X-2 '88 650SX new goodies

I decided to tweak my back-up ski as my wife prefers my modded B1 to the 650 when we ride together. I have been riding it bone stock since I got it a few years back.

Just added the following:

R&D scoop grate
Westcoast extended ride plate
Westcoast high compression head
DG exhaust (I call it Frankenpipe, cause I do not believe the entire thing is DG)
new intake
46mm carb & F/A

Just got it fired up last night. Still need to add a second pisser for the dual cooling, but she's pretty much ready to go.

Before and after pics:

With everything since I got it, I might have $1000 into it including the price for the ski.

Just installed a 46mm Mikuni with a 46mm matched intake. High Compression west coast head. New exhaust (not sure what it is. D&G or Mariner from what people have suggested). Also added R&D scoop grate and a west coast extended ride plate. So far she runs great. While I agree a factory pipe is a better pipe, I am not willing to spend the money for one on this old skool ski. I got everything mentioned above for only $275.
