760 SN build advice.

We'll I'm starting on my winter project to get it finished by the time the snow melts. Anyways I have a sn that's reinforced, scuppers etc. and I ended up with a 94 raider 760 complete ski with a cracked hull for next to nothing. I wanna build the 760. I've been reading about getting the cylinder decked on the bottom to help with low end snap. The cylinders I have need bored anyway. The bottom end is tight but I'm gonna go through the seals etc. here's some things that I'd like advice on. I'm looking for a snappy motor to ride in surf (Lake Michigan).

-cylinder: port, bore, deck? Who should I send it to?
-what head to use?
-good pistons?
-i assume stock carbs will work. 44s?
-I'm looking for a b pipe
-swap all electronics for sj 650? With flywheel/stator?
-what pump combo will match it best?

Any advice and help is greatly appreciated. Also if you guys know anyone who has a build thread for a similar build please post the link!

Any advice

There are many engine builders that have good experience working with decking and porting that motor. CPT, xscream, and Powerhouse performance to name a few. Might just be worth making a few calls. As far as carbs go those OEM 44's don't have the best reputation but they may work fine for now. Your engine builder will be able to help you with jetting.
