Hey guys, I’m moving onto a bigger engine so I’ll be letting go of this little fella
It’s got about 15 gallons of fuel thru it on the crank and bottom end. It’s on its second bore on fresh sleeves due to a machining error.
-760 jugs (real ones know what’s up)
-wossener pistons
-cylinder base decked .050
-cylinder top decked .005
-custom cut domes at .038~ squish
-reman oem jetmaniac crank
-oem seals
-.015 base gasket (& all gaskets from superjet113)
-cases epoxied and ported to my spec
-cyls cleaned up and ported to my freestyle spec @61-62% bore size on exhaust ports
-180 psi a hole on current cut dome size
You will get the shortblock (no fw cover, no fw, no starter, no intake manifold setup, no ex manifold) and another set of domes that will clear a stroker crank.
As of right now the engine is still in the ski and will be out with bore pics uploaded this week.
I built this with the intentions of a very reliable and snappy little monster.
It was meticulously ported and assembled by yours truly. All machine work by C57.
It has been nothing but reliable for me and is a very capable setup.
I’m an average skilled rider and this engine was muscling 180s into backflips all day on a carbon hull with nice bolt ons.
You can find the build under my “Carbon badass and circus” thread.
Never seen salt and engine was run on c9 and red dominator and fogged after every ride.
1800 plus the ride or local pickup in Jonestown pa.
You will not be able to build an engine to this spec for this price especially if you aren’t a wizard with a dye grinder so none of that “I could build it cheaper” crying!!!!
Pics attached are at time of assembly minus the compression pics, more to come soon.
