Let me know how the higher compression works got the bottom end. I'm about to rebuild my pump bearings, they are shot and that should fix my problem hopefully.

What size carb?

I picked up a SBN 46 Card and found a R&D mani (waiting on the arrival), Also decided to clean up my rear slightly washed cylinder and am putting a small pin cyl on it to boost the bottom. (better intake tract for bottom end). I know i said I was done and just riding till fall BUTT....
The head has 24 and 28cc domes so that should make for a nice running engine to push use what my pump has to offer.

Mr.B let me know how those new bearings smooth things out for you. Good luck

I finally got the pump rebuilt with new bearings and seals and it's so quiet now! And all of my cavitation is gone. It was worth it, but my bearings were shot and water was in there

Well it was a fun season on that setup but always room for improvement!

With that said new line up of parts and mods for the next season have started to roll in and Major Surgery!

MSD, mag pump and sitting and waiting

ADA and single Mani with sbn I had but didn't swap at the end of the season.

Flat deck with rear exhaust, hood chop, fuel door fill and bottom fill rear chop.

A couple of updated pics, holidays delayed things and prep for snowmobiling but no SNOW yet.
Shortened the hull, dug out some foam for a rear exhaust, and removed all of the seat area to get the hull as low as possible to flat deck it and figure the foot straps out. Trimmed out the fuel fill and I'm working up some ideas for the front , figuring on triming the bond rail and some reconfiguring / front fill and a set of Tom21 tubbies.
Picked up a Mag pump and total loss, small pin cylinders to go with my big pin bottom will hopfully make it have more bottom end. Need to find/ send my cylinders out for a port/match (east coast preferably)

what is your entire exhaust set up? Im trying to figure out what exhaust i want in my 650sx with a 750... from mani to chamber.

Factory Pipe

The exhaust is a bit of a combo Kawi/Yamaha. The manifold is an oem Kaw 650 (necessary to have the correct offset/clearance against the hull) connected to a Kawi 750SXI FACTORY PIPE head pipe coupled to the Yamaha Wave Blaster Limited FP Chamber. For a water box I used an OEM X2 drilled.

Some fine tuning with micro balloons, man these work great! Beats using bondo that will chip

I agree with brian great fitment Tom21 makes some great product. Off to the booth today to sand and glass the rear of my flat deck giving it a slight curve across the back. Dakine straps are on thier way, and still need a UMI or Accu steer if anyone has one up for sale?????

How about you get up here and work on this thing. Its boring working in the garage by myself.

So I got up there and worked on it!!

Reinforced the rear deck (curve) with carbon and put some glass to finish the rear -4 chop.
Started to reinforce the engine bay for the typical x2 hull crack at the corner (carbon should do it)
Smoothed out where the steering and trim used to come through ( MSD will be there now)
And glassed in the other tubbie.

Trim nozzle clears perfect
