SX/SXi/SXi Pro 750 top speed

what are your 750 stand up top speeds....on the garmin hand held gps mine hit 49.2...93 sx smallpin with 1.75 over and porting,milled head,pjs full exhaust with no water box but has resignator with water feed,twin carb kiehin cdks,skat trak 16 prop with some pump work,shredmaster rideplate toploader one piece unit,quik turn,finger throttle and graphics kit by lg1

just curious, but art you trying to sell this thing? because some of the stuff you mentioned regarding your initial question, have absolutely nothing to do with "top speed".

it looks more like a for sale ad, and possibly a promotional ad for LG1 graphics.

i know but if i didnt say it had a red stripe someone would say put a red stripe on it and it will go faster.....know what im sayin.... just trying to see what other sx's are hitting, and with what done....oh and it has new turf if you cared

I found a 93 sx last year for 100, good hull bad motor, I installed a SXR prop i had sitting around, solas intake grate (there cheap and work good!!), 96 big pin bottom and top end, stock sxr pistons i had sitting around, sxr head, timing advance plate, factory dual mikunis, stock sxr exhaust except expansion chamber so it exits backwards, gave it a good carb tuning and it was running right next to a 849 SXR doing 54-55 on the radar, if I pushed the tuning and pipe temp I could get a solid 55 out of it.

Stock piped stock cylinder sxrs are good for 50, 51 if all the stars are aligned.

my ski hits like a hammer off the bottom and will get to its top speed crazy fast.... my ski is alot quiker than it is fast.... I think i might have to cruz over to impros and have my prop repitched or pick up a new one. I raced an sxr at the river on MLK weekend and pulled on him...it was a little choppy and his ski looked all stock but i thought he should have smoked me....could be the toploader on my ski

I would diagree with the statment that a sxr stock pipe is only good for 51, but that has been a argument for years and I hate beating a dead horse,

yes I would bring your prop to dave, and tell him what you have done, and he will hook you up with what you want!!
