650/X-2 750 to 650 swap questions!!!!

Ive got a 650 that i recently put a 750 big pin in, I've got west coast pipe in it, I'm having problems with the exhaust being really hot I've got dual cooling on it's well, I've melted two of the rubber couplers for the exhaust.... any suggestions would help, thank!

Post a picture of how your cooling lines are ran.

Double check how you ran the cooling lines, check to make sure the hole in the header were watter is injected is not cloged

block one side of the head pipe and use compressed air in other side and make sure air come out in the inside
