Just finishing the engine build. 800 sxr cylinder ported by blowsion on 750 big pin lower. JSU head with 28 cc domes and factory dry pipe. Having a problem with the kill switch though, it works sometimes and sometimes it doesnt, can start the ski with the teather off sometimes??? Havent figured that out yer

Sounds like the stop switch is gunked up inside. Unscrew it and have a look. It's not very sophisticated.
