SX/SXi/SXi Pro 750 SXI pro Aluminum Flywheel and mods

Hey guys I am fairly new to the sport. I am looking to mod my 2000 SXI pro a little bit. I think the first thing I will do is put an aluminum flywheel and pipe on the ski. Does anyone have a used aluminum flywheel that they want to sell?

If you cant find a good FW you can send yours to #zero and have him lighten it. Might help you save some coin for a limited pipe and impeller

I dont know a ton about these things yet but im learning fast. Do you think the lightened flywheel will give me just as much power as the aluminum would? I plan on getting a factory pipe as well...

it would be heavier than a aluminum one but he takes like .6 of a pound off them and they will last longer because they are stronger than the aluminum ones also some of the aluminum ones dont have the ability to charge your system like a stocker that has been lightened

gotcha. I am looking at an aluminum charging one from jetinetics but its like 500$ !!!

alloy flywheels are a nice addition.also help your front crank bearing last longer.
ran RAD charging for years with no issues.
