Working on a friends ski trying to get the thing working again and a little stumped.
I installed new ground wires & new starter solenoid.
Problem I am having as of now is the power wire that comes from voltage regulator to the start/stop isn't consistent voltage. The ski will turn over when I first hook up wires and the voltage will be between 12-13 v at that wire.
After the third or so attempt of pressing the start button the voltage at that wire drops to about 0.50 V and slowly climbs back up to 12ish. Sometimes it takes a minute to get back to 12, sometimes 10 min.
Wondering if this would be signs of a bad voltage reg?
Thanks!
