750 Speeds

I had a 1994 with a Group K Hammer 96 800, Coffmans pipe and dual 42mm Sudcos. Rear end always started coming around at 56. Fastest anyone got was 56 then fell, boat was still pulling.

My 93 radar'd around 42 stock... After alot of mods, FFP, dual 44's, honed pump, skat (think it was a 10-18) and a couple bores over. It was hangin with semi's & cars on the Columbia river (BeeBee park/Bridge, Chelan falls area). Full suit & helmat of course. I ragdolled wfo once and after 3 summersalts & a couple cartwheels my ski was about 150 feet down river. Had the idle screw set so it would just die instead of circle of course..

It typically refers to the upper limits of the speed range of a vehicle. Other terms would be "Big End, Up Top, Snort etc ,etc"
My JS 300 will do a screaming 28mph on the top end.

Top end also refers to the engine componets above the cranckase on an internal combustion engine, minus fuel induction and exhaust. Most of the time refering to the condition of the pistons and cylinders.

My JS300 only has 110 psi compression. I need to freshen up the top end and sell it to an 11 year old:biggrin:.

Gps'd my 95 sxi on a whim yesterday am.. 49.3 only performance mod is an R&D Aquavein and runnin yamalube premix @ 50:1 w/sta-bil marine.. baseline1.jpgI just did this for a baseline for future mods, but I am going more for "Holeshot" performance (low end torque) over top end.. I can probably gain 10mph top end or arm yanking low end hit with the right combo.. Rag dollin @ 50-60 sucks either way, it's a long swim..!!

Forgot to add, temp was approx 80, water temp was approx 70 by shore & elevation @ 710 ASL... J.
