300/440/550 750 sleave in a 650

No, The 750 sleeve is 2mm longer than the 650. If you did it, you would have to raise the cylinder with a 2mm base gasket, but then the 650 crank would have to be stroked 4mm in order for it all to run and then you would have to look at the formula and ask yourself why you want to raise the port timing 2mm on a engine that has very little bottem end as it is.
After it is all said and done you would be better and cheaper to just go buy a complete 750 engine,
