SX/SXi/SXi Pro 750 Factory pipe water routing help plz

Ive got a 1992 kawasaki with a factory pipe. The water lines from the guy i bought it from are as follows:

one water line in from pump to manifold.
It has aftermarket head with two fittings.
One goes overboard to pisser the other goes to top of head pipe.
The bottom of head pipe goes to a T that goes to the stinger and bypass pisser.

my problem is my exhaust line on the stinger is getting hot and melting.
Hasnt burnt a cuppler yett and this is a tell tell sign thats coming quick if i dont fix this.

So should i plug one of the fittings on head and run single cooling????
or should i do the pain in the a** dual cooling tapping the pump etc. ????????!

thats how it supposed to be hooked up. if not enough water goes to the stinger, it'll melt the 2" hose. make sure that water line is not plugged. if too much pressure is being lost, plug the second head outlet to the pisser or take the T out and see if that cools it enough. if its only getting hot after you're holding it WFO for an extended period of time, thats normal and dont Fn do that! i like the head hose going to the bottom of the head pipe and the top hose going to the T and stinger, but what ever.

routing is good, I run mine different IE: one line from head goes to pisser with a restrictor. the other line from the head goes to the bottom of the head pipe then the one on top of the head pipe goes to a t, one side goes to flow valve/stinger the other side to a second pisser

The only thing ive heard of going from bottom to top like you say is less air bubbles and something about it not filling the head pipe with water. Maybe your restrictor on the first pisser is helping your flow to cool your pipe. Hmmmmm
