701 with 650 carb?

Okay just bought this ski. The guy who had it before me swaped out the 650 for a 701 but left the carb from the 650, and said that it may need to be tuned in. When I took it out it idles fine, and seems to run okay, untill I give it full throttle, Then it seems to be missing or it sounds like a car when it redlines. I tried messsing with the high screw on the throttle and it doesn't seem to help at all. So i don't know if this is the wrong carb for my ski, or it needs to be rebuilt, or if there is something else wrong. Any help would be great!

What size jets do I need and should my local yamaha dealer have them?

The 650 6M6 carb is actually a better carb for high performance on a 701 than the stock 701 61X carb even though they are the same 44mm size due to the 1 extra feed hole in the low speed circuit.

Does the engine have any other mods done to it?
I can see in the pic the Jetinetic's flame arrester/filter.

I'm about to be putting a 650 carb on a 61x. Let me know what jets work for you. I haven't got my 61x yet

130 H -1 turn out
117.5 or 120 low -2 turns out
1.5 stock needle valve
95 gram spring
