Super Jet 701 superjet engine sputtering at higher rpms

ok so... First off, i ended up cutting a wire in my ebox (ground wire) on accident. I did this while taking out the temp thing when i put my 61x 701 in my superjet. I didnt change anything with the motor (timing or flywheel or none of that). So i wired up my stop/start switch wrong by cutting the black wire. When i wired it wrong it would crank but it had no spark. Then i re-wired it. Then i could start it but i couldnt turn it off. Then i wired the start/stop wires right. And now everything seemed to work right. i put it in the water and all i got was bogging and sputtering. i rebuilt the carbs and checked pop-off. Pop-off is 43 psi and my high screw is 1 1/2 and my low is 2 1/2 like people said for me to do. i started it up and it only sputtered at 3/4 to WOT for the 10 mins. then i turned it off and went inside for a few hours. Came back out and fired it up. The thing only sputtered at 3/4 throtle to WOT for the first 45 seconds. Then it seemed to work fine for an hour or two. I was riding it and it just quit. It took a few minutes of cranking and letting it rest before it finally turned back on. Then i was riding it for about 10 mins and the spark plug top came off with the wire so it was running on one cylinder. I got that back on and secured but it was sputtering all over again. it took about 2 mins of riding before it finally ran good. WTF is up can you plese help. Also its all stock. Maybe i fryed something in the ebox when the grond wire wasnt attached when i was running it or something?

Also bypassed the fuel selector and ran the tank vent differently because it seemed to be pressurized like a vacuum. And i cut back the spark plug wires too about a week ago.

Sounds like it could be anything, I've had similar issues in the past, but none were associated with wiring issues, normally cranks but won't start is an issue somewhere with the while and red wire from the start stop, the bogging could be an engine with too much gas, could be a failing ignition coil, could be improperly gapped plugs in salt water use. It's kind of tough to guess without seeing the ski in person

i just had the same problem it wasnt a constant situation it would shut off for reason run like crap then good then bad, it happened to be the start stop switch i just took the switch apart and sprayed contact cleaner over everything hit the red and green button a bunch of times and sprayed it more and now its all good
