701 dual cooling w/pro-tec pipe

So got my 94sn goin great. Seems a little hot to me, cylinders n pipe all equally. Not sure if my dual cooling routing is correct or if I'm missing restrictors. 2 lines from pump to manifold. Pto head to lower on mid pipe. Upper mid pipe to pisser. Mag head T'd to stinger and pisser.
