55psi pop off with no flame arrestor won't make enough suction to open your needles. Drop down to 95 gram springs and give it a whirl. Or put the stock flame arrestor screens on and run it.

You have something going on there for sure.

Yeah the springs all moved and the o rings looked good but that does not mean they are, where do I get replacment o rings for that lol?

O rings should'va been in the Mikuni carb kits.GL with that carb problem. Yeah it can be a PITA to get right!

Yeah the kit I used was already opened and those and the needle and seat were used in another set of carbs a while ago. I'm going to get some 95g springs and try that.
