66e Tuning in the dark..

So, I am helping a friend build a superjet, we have put a 66e (gp800) motor in it and I haven"t been able to find any info on tuning, not sure where to even start, I know some of you have ran a similar setup before, I"m just looking for a good starting point on jetting.

Setup:

0-700 Feet above Sea level.

Un-ported 927cc 66e PV motor
Riva PV (Looks like Sea-Doo Valves)
WDK HI. compression heads
WDK Exhaust Mani.
Custom big fat pipe with a spray bar in the manifold
Stock Electronics
SBN 44's that have been bored to 46mm.


I know we wont be able to get the jet's right the first time, but would be nice to have a realistically close idea lol.

Low Speed jet?
High Speed jet?
Pop-Off?
L and H Screws?
N&S Size?

If anyone else has the same question, this is what i found out...

For this setup:

260 combined jetting, i.e. 125 low and 135 high total = 260
2.0 N&S
Low/High speed needles - 3/4 turns out
