You can do one on any standup given a big enough wave.
Longevity of the hull and rider skill required to do so are the variables between the models.

So: in surf, yes you can and nobody does.
 
alrite thanks guys.ive been riding the same 650 since i was little and have done mods to it and it has lots of bottom end for a 650 so i was just wondering if it was possible. i landed on my back over the weekend trying.

backflip on anything takes skill that is why not very many ppl do them

A backflip on a standup is a matter of a big enough wave or a big enough wallet. Some skill comes into play with smaller wallets and smaller wakes (like your own), but other than that, backflips are pretty easy.
