300/440/550 650sx stalls in water

So I just fixed a starter relay problem, now onto a new problem. The ski starts and runs strong outside of water, but as soon as I put it in water, it won't run. Recently I added a second water line coming from the head going out to a second spitter. The ski wouldn't start in the water. I took off the second water line (same as mentioned above) and it barely idled, but would die within a few seconds. Does sound like a water pressure leak somewhere?

it seems that maybe the water cooling lines are plugged or kinked, would this stop it from starting in the water?

You need to pressure check the motor, plug the intake mani. and exhaust mani. and pump the cases up at the pulse line to 7-8psi, it should hold for around 5 minutes.
