650sx pump help

Hey,

I just bought 2 650sx's recently.. The engines run but the problem is that the props wont turn in in the pump. The guy before me ran them in the ocean, so im not sure if theres just sand jammed in there or something...these are my first skis so basically any info will be great.

my first guess would be the salt ate the bearings up. they are nothing special about them, you can pick them up at motion industries or a local parts store. cheap

i would take it out and give it the once over to determine whats exactly ailing it. ive personally never seen one swelled but anythings possible. they come apart pretty quick.

I already have the pumps off the ski...the guy i bought it from said the sleeves needed to be redone. The props seem locked in there and wont turn. Should i try and get the props out, or do i need a new wear ring...any ideas?
