I had to move my exhaust outlet since I Installed the tubbies over the factory location. I had been debating since I started the ski to just move it back behind the tubbie or do rear exhaust. I think if I could do it over again I would do rear exhaust. I liked the way the Blowsion side exhaust outlet looked so I ordered it. Later I realized the flange on the factory piece that goes through the hull didn’t have enough meat to mount the new Blowsion outlet so I had to extend the flange.

I finished turfing the ski, tapped the pump for duel cooling, installed a new battery box and finished putting my engine back together. I didn’t like the idea of stuffing rope in the cylinder to torque my drive coupler and flywheel so I bought the cold fusion flywheel lock. Do most people just use rope?

Everything is finished except hooking up the x2 steering nozzle. I have to extend the steering cable so I ordered some stainless rod and an m5 coupler nut about a month ago but it still isn’t here yet. I don’t know what’s up with that. I ran out of green fuel line so I had to use some orange I had. I don’t really like the orange much but my buddy says it adds some contrast but I still think I want to keep everything green. I just ordered more green fuel line and also ordered another sheet of turf to put on the center of the hood where the pole hits. I can’t wait to get this thing on the water!
