300/440/550 650 sx conversion ski questions

I am in the midst of getting everything together for the 650sx conversion to 750 sxi engine. I was checking out a few different options for the exhaust system. My setup: Big pin sxi engine with mild porting and milled head (180 compression). I have three factory pipe options for the exhaust system 1. 650 limited chamber, 2. 750 sxi limited, or 3. 800sxr wet pipe. I think the 650 is the worst of the setup by volume standpoint. I was thinking the 750 would match well, however the layout of the pipe makes it more difficult to get it in there. THe 800 pipe seems the best because it is similar to the 650 system since it is a straight pipe. I did some research on the f.p. website and was surprised by what i found. It seems that the 750 sxi pipe is a better pipe, or so the numbers indicate.

From the articles they post for the test boats.

On the 750 sxi limited with only the pipe modification the boat was seeing a top speed of 55.2 and its 0-40 was 3.13.

On the 800 sxr test boat with porting and milled head, advent ignition and more it had a top speed of 54. Its 0-20 was 1.33 sec and 20-35 was 1.36 sec. With these two combined 0-35 would be 3.2

So now the question of which pipe to run if i am building a ski that I want to be mostly low end. It would seem that the 800 sxr setu[p would smoke the 750 sxi by virtue of the piston size and the mods it has. Anyone shed any light on this.
