Yes. Couple of variations between years (carb, manifolds, color), but all the parts are interchangable and the core motor is identical for all 650s.

Also TS650 engines have some extra tapped holes for the fuel pump and cable mounts.
Be cautious of electrical wiring. It varies by engine, model, and year. Some models the wires just have different color coding, others may be more involved. I got lucky on my TS engine swap and the wiring for an 89 TS650 matches a 93 X2 down the colors on the wires.
