650 kawi pipe

ive heard of putting a 650 kawi pipe in a superjet instead of the stock one, was wondering if i would have to use my kawi manifold maybe get it bored out or something to make it work, and will it help me 701 more then the stock pos?

There is a mod you can do to the stock kawi 650 pipe that drys it out. I'm sure if you did a search you could find the instructions. Some people call this a cheater bpipe. It would be better than the stock pipe and a cheap way to go.

The bigger challenge is the manifold. A kawi manifold will not bolt to the yamaha motor. I have heard of conversion plates that are out there but I have never seen them. The easiest way to go would be to get a coffman or factory pipe manifold for the yamaha motor. The 650 pipe will bolt right to it. That will add some cost to the project.
