I ahve heard from a friend that you can use the 650 case and put the 750 cylinder and pistons and head and it will work. is that true?

NO, Kaw motors are not like the 650/701/760 motors, for one the strokes are different, and the 750 cylinders have cylinder sleeve that protrude out the bottom past the base gasket like a yamaha, as the 650 kaw dosen't have any sleeve past the base gasket due to the much shorter stroke of the 650 crankshaft, hence they don't interchange cases without custom machining.

I would think that the 750 cases flow much better than the 650 cases to boot.
