650 b vs 701 b?

are the 650 and 701 chambers different?

From what I understand all i gotta do is bore the manifold outlet up to 46mm and match the inlets to the larger exhaust ports.


Or is the thing different enough to just skip a 650 pipe and look for a 701 pipe?

Everything is different when comparing a FPP 650 wet pipe to a FPP 701 b pipe. They appear similar, but the exhaust ports in the manifold are smaller, the dia. of the exhaust passage in the head pipe is smaller, and the chamber is shaped different.

If you have a 701 or bigger, skip the 650 pipe.
