Make sure to get a factory 6m6 gasket for 77-79mm bore. These heads can be used up to about 82mm with 701 domes and a 61X gasket. Get a factory gasket, many aftermarket gaskets will ruin the machined surfaces very quickly. Your 28cc domes are about my limit for pump gas.
