Thanks bk, I'll give it a shotspray some lube around them, turn upside down, tap lightly with a ratchet or hammer on the side of the case (not where the pins are, interior part of case.), Get it vibrating, you want the shock wave to loosen the pins, Dont hit hard. Then take a pick with sharp point and start trying to coax it loose and out.
Another member on pwctoday mentioned this method also. I think this is the way to go. How did you locate the pin on top? Any particular method or just best guess?Only way I have ever been able to get them out is to locate the pin inside the transfer duct on the top of the case half. Drill a 2mm hole until you hit the pin. Then take a 1.5mm pin punch and lightly tap the pin until it has the correct exposure into crank. Fill hole with epoxy.
