Freestyle 61x Motor questions

I'm thinking about buying a complete 61x motor with the stator, flywheel, flywheel cover, and ebox for a pretty good price. I was wondering if I buy 62t cases this winter will everything swap over the stator, flywheel, flywheel cover, crank and the ebox? Also will the 61x top end just bolt right on?

Why are 62t cases preferred over 61x?

They flow more air, hence more power.

61x cases work quite well too. Just don't make as much power in stock form. They require porting to flow as much.

Can someone tell me what a 62E is? I have one with a single carb on it. IT LOOKS Identical to the 61x as the engine is a single carb and has the same intake manifold as a 61x. INFACT the intake says 61x on it near the grease fitting for the midshaft...However the OEM yamaha ID Tag says 62E on the front...Bruce? Anyone?
