Hey Yall Was Wondering if There Is Any Insight About Why My 550sx Keeps Back Firing And Blowngi Up Water Boxes!!!
Also What Is A Stock Carb Setting For A 92 550sx Thanks Jay

if its blowing up waterboxes theres way too much fuel going to the waterbox, which means its not getting burned in the motor. make sure all you rlines are correctly hooked up etc, also I'm not sure of the jetting spec on those

the motor just got a new aftermaket exhuast manifold and 2pcs exhuast pipe!!! its got really rough low idel if it even starts now!!! i just put a new stock water box in and it was all good for a few mins... then boooom there goes another one!!! it almost seems like there is two much back presuure but that cant be it can it???

alright guys help me out here.... i just did it again about turn me def sounds like an m-1000 going off iv destroyed two water baxes already!!! i need to figure this out in a hurry!!! i've got two buyer on there where tonight too check this thing out and i need to get it running tip-top again asap!!!! uggghhh what the h*** is going on hear????????????????

figured it out!!!!!!!!! srxguy was right!!! i check my spark earlier and it was fine! so i thought, i saw spark it was good....wrong... i saw spark but what i didnt notice was that it wasnst going from elctrode to tip rather it was going elctrode to side!!!! the #1 cyl wasnt burning rather sending all the fuel thru to the exhaust!!!!!!!!!! dam thing!!! thanks guys
