48 Novi's

Anone running 48 Novi's on there ported 701? I have a set I bought new and the ski is so rich it won't get on plane. It came with 140 low, 125 main, 2.5 needle and seat and a 95 gram spring. I was wondering what people were running for jetting. I have a Speedwerx dry pipe, ada 35cc dome head. Full spec intake with Boyseen reeds. Water injection, msd enhancer, 12/17 skat etc...

Bring your low jet down to about a 120.

i would lower your low to about 135 and bring up your pop off to about 17-19 psi

I would recommend you contact Novi directly and get the right jetting specs from them. If you would have bought them straight from them they should have been dead on. Is that all you changed just the carburetors? Maybe there is more than one problem.
