300/440/550 440 Questions

What would a running 440 run now adays? i found 2 for Extremely cheap not running and was wondering if i should fix and sell them

It depends on your area.

Here where standups are hard to get it'd be worth more then along the cost and Havasu, etc.

$700 in this area if it's full of mods.

ya, there on craigslist for 50 bucks so.... one of them has engine the guy says and one has pump assembly

I wouldn't bother unless they already have a lot of mods on them and just need some tweaking to get running.

It's almost worth just getting the 2 and combining them into 1 and trashing the other hull.

Assuming everything's there between the 2.

true, but i did just sell my ski and im split on cash so, without maken money its gonna be hard to get a new one, looking for an sj and just sold my x2 for 700 and i got it for 150

not worth the time or effort IMO... especially if youre looking for an SJ. this will just be a distraction between you and your SJ-to-be.

IMO, U should go for it. It'll be a good learning experience, if nothing else.

That is unless you got $1k for a SJ. Then by all means get a SJ.

But $50 ain't crap. Definitely not worth crying about.

ya, i asked the guy for pics, true im only 15 :} but ive been riden for 5 years or so, grew up on the water and fixen engines.. i think it would be a quick money maker, even if the hulls are bad i could part them out for more then 50$ haha

Nice! you can't go wrong with that. i just sold two bare hulls for $30 and they were stripped. Mods are cheap to! I got an aftermarket exaust and mani, ride plate, intake grate, and 46mm after market carb all off ebay to my door for a hundred bucks.
