just got my x metal pole installed kit installed on my ski, but i ran into a slight problem. I have an old 24 7 carbon pole pad on my stock hand pole, and when i went to transfer this on my x metal pole, there are no mouting holes. I was thinking about drilling a hole through the tabs on the pole and bolt it in like stock style, but im afraid of cracking the tabs on the pole. Then I saw that warecraft factory makes on for the x metal pole, should i just get this one, or is there a way to mount my 24 7 pad wothout hacking it on!:banghead:

the pole requires a bit of customization for the pad... that way you can fit yours to it.. I assume

Speaking of chinpads....here's Wammer's new chin pad for the RRP. Pretty pricey!

I've got my OEM pad chopped down pretty heavily...still not real stoked with it

Or use 6mm x 1.25 and keep it all metric. 6mm is a little smaller that 1/4 so not quite as big a hole in that small mounting tab.
