I have Destroyers being delivered today, and i found someone to swap out a Bpipe for the RRP. Then I will also need to repicth to a 7/15. the ski is so fun to ride! i am beyond happy and have not even got it fully dialed in yet!

Destroyers installed and loving them!!! such a improvement! should have done it right away! I am trading My rrp exhaust for a modified Bpipe to a member on here and then the ski should be dialed. Will sell the Blowsion gas tank as well and get a Oem style rrp, cold fusion one.

Also i reached out to Xscream for the trim set up because i blew out some of the hardware and they helped me get it all dialed in!! great customer service!!

BPipe installed! Had to move ebox to side of hull and some other issues but I am happy I switched! I should never have ran the RRP exhaust for my setup.

Got new tank in! Need to adjust carbs and hope the impeller still does it job! Happy with how much cleaner it looks and reliability of the bpipe in the surf! It’s tight in there so hopefully I won’t be taking stuff out as often!

@eastbay Do you run flame arrestors? The new NPP ones look pretty sweet for helping combat water ingestion. I just ordered a set for my 964.

Also now that you have more time on it how does it compare to the SV1?

The sv1 was a great ski but I feel more comfortable on the edge 100%

I run a Wax racing oem filter plate with the oem box. It’s just too tight to have on and adjust carbs.

installed! took it for a quick rip last week with new impeller and runs great! it had a 10/18 in it and did not like it! I still need to tune the carbs better! I have a exhaust leak or maybe the carbs are that rich and was getting smoke or vapor from carbs in hull when i popped the hood... i wasnt running the airbox because i was adjusting the carbs!

I also got the OCD bilge wiring kit from Jetmanic! i had the Wax kit but i think it has too many connections on the start/stop wires! its a surf boat and already was getting corroded, we know the issues with the start/stop in the salt!

You still running the RRP Scupper flap or you running a ball valve setup?

i have both, but my ball valve never got tight and kinda slides around! maybe i need to tighten it up! the set screws never worked i think too short. my flapper is pretty stiff also doesnt seal unless i push it in.. i thought i could be getting some in from that too...

I removed my flap and tried to run just the ball valve, it sucked exhaust back and made ski run like crap...... Just checking. You can put a thin layer of grease on the inside of the flap and it can help keep it closed.

Never ending! lol MSD went out! Well i am pretty sure it is! did all the start/stop tricks and it was missing/studdering really bad on my last ride at pismo sat! lost all spark sunday to blow it out again after flush on sat...it is the old MSD analog with the rpm adjustment so it was probably due for a new one anyways!

The more I read about ignitions the more I think it doesn't matter what one you get. They all fail.
